About the Course

A Business Analysts must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to understand complex business processes and systems and be able to translate technical requirements into business language. They must also be able to work well with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Some common tools and techniques used by Business Analysts include data analysis tools like Excel, project management tools like Jira or Trello, and process modeling tools like BPMN or UML. Business Analysts may work in a variety of industries, such as technology, finance, healthcare, and more.

Noah Oloja

With nearly a decade of years of experience in Software Testing and Project & Product Management working with leading organisations such as Hewlett Packard (HP), Interswitch, and RS2; he has two Master's degree from University of Hull (Advance Computer science) and University of Lagos (Information Technology).

He is the co-founder of Association of Nigeria Software Testers- a non profit association with focus of deepening the influence of professional software testers and QA engineers in Nigeria and abroad.
